Commercial Lines Account Manager

  • Document and process all client’s requests for service and submit this information to insurance companies in a timely manner.
  • Work with new clients by advising proper coverage and present several options from our many carriers.
  • Build a local customer referral network for new business development.
  • Become proficient in all company underwriting requirements and quoting systems.
  • Daily activities include completing submissions, change notices, preparing proposals, binding coverage with carriers, handling billing and invoicing questions, and processing renewals.

Job Requirements:

  • Georgia P&C License
  • College Degree preferred/High School Diploma required
  • At least three (3) years of Account Management experience
  • Highly proficient in a technological agency environment
  • Organized and poses excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to resolve problems with customers and insurance carriers

Personal Lines Account Manager

Commercial Lines Producer

  • This individual will generate new business through the sale of commercial property and casualty insurance products.
  • They will be trained to understand their products better than anyone, and design property and casualty programs their clients need
  • They will never take no for an answer and strive for excellence daily.
  • This individual will prospect to find the absolute best-in-class clients for our growing brokerage.

Duties include:

  • Meeting with account management team to discuss prospect and client account activities
  • Daily prospecting for growth oriented, profitable clients and developing relationships through phone calls, emails and entertainment
  • Staying in tune with market trends, appetite and capacity
  • Maintaining relationships with current clients and carrier underwriters
